Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Martin — the guide behind Lake Vänern Adventures.
For more than 20 years, I have lived and worked on Lake Vänern, managing nature reserves, restoring habitats and exploring the lake’s many hidden corners.
My work is rooted in long-term engagement with this landscape. I guide guests not only to beautiful places, but towards a deeper understanding of the wildlife, ecology, history and everyday life that shape Lake Vänern as one of Sweden’s most remarkable natural environments.
Whether we are navigating quiet channels, watching white-tailed eagles, exploring Djurö National Park or enjoying a cup of coffee on deck, my aim is to offer an experience that is safe, personal and unhurried.
I look forward to welcoming you on board.
Martin
